Ip Man

Posted in Kulturecast by - June 09, 2016

Chris and Sean are joined by Mike White of the Projection Booth podcast as they continue June-Jitsu with a look at Ip-Man, the true story of Bruce Lee’s Wing Chun master Yip Man. The film stars Donnie Yen as the titular character as he attempts to feed his family and survive in war-torn China. It’s a character drama with martial arts thrown in for good measure along with a charismatic performance from Yen.

The new intro and outro music is Wovoka’s “Lament”, and big thanks to them for allowing us to use their song. You can also subscribe to the Kulturecast on iTunes here. Also, don’t forget to check out our official Facebook page for news, upcoming reviews, contests, and new content along with our Patreon page.
