Mortal Kombat

Posted in Kulturecast by - June 13, 2016

Chris and Sean are joined by wrestling critic Marc Hall, Zach Nowack, and Wovoka as they test their June-Jitsu might with the ’90s video game classic Mortal Kombat. The film focuses on Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, and Sonya Blade as they are tasked with saving Earth from Shang Tsung through the tournament known as Mortal Kombat. It’s the ultimate video game movie with one of the most bitching soundtracks ever featured in a film.

As always, you can follow Chris Stachiw on Twitter at @KultureStach, Sean Liang at @Seannifer and Kulture Shocked at @KultureShocked. The new intro and outro music is Wovoka’s “Lament”, and big thanks to them for allowing us to use their song. You can also subscribe to the Kulturecast on iTunes here. Also, don’t forget to check out our official Facebook page for news, upcoming reviews, contests, and new content along with our Patreon page.
