Leonard Nimoy Passes Away at 83: Live Long and Prosper

Posted in The Screening Room by - February 27, 2015

We here at Kulture Shocked are saddened and dismayed to report the passing of Leonard Nimoy, who was made famous for playing Mr. Spock in the Star Trek original series. He was a pioneer in science fiction and his role as Mr. Spock was one of the most memorable parts of the original series. He passed away at 83 from complications due to a chronic, pulmonary obstructive disease. He wasn’t just Spock though, as he went on to do much more, but Spock was his most important role. Our thoughts are with his family.
