‘Snowden’ Teaser: JGL is Snowden

Posted in The Screening Room by - June 30, 2015

The last two years since Edward Snowden leaked files revealing that the NSA was spying on US citizens has been a crazy time for anyone who cares about personal privacy and liberties being encroached upon. With such political intrigue surrounding Edward Snowden and his actions, one could only expect Oliver Stone to somehow get involved and make a film. Luckily he is, with Snowden.

SNOWDEN stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt and is written and directed by Academy Award®-Winning Director Oliver Stone. The script is based on the books The Snowden Files: The Inside Story of the World’s Most Wanted Man by Luke Harding and Time of the Octopus by Anatoly Kucherena.

Snowden is out on December 25, 2015.
